Teach Hand Washing Habits to Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle for Kids

Hand washing is simply habits to keep our child's health.
Children Health - Many people, including adults typically underestimate small habits like washing hands. In fact, handwashing is one of the good habits that the first step to protect health. There are many diseases that can be prevented by washing hands, such as influenza, fever, and diarrhea. Therefore, we as adults should teach handwashing habits to our children.

This habit is very important to teach the children. Endurance children are usually still very fragile and more susceptible to disease. You do not want your baby to cry all day because of disease, don't you? These are the tips that you can practice every day to always keep your child's health.

1. Give an example
You must be a real example for your children that you also have the habit of washing hands. Show them that you always wash your hands before eating, after using the toilet, and after touching pets, as well as outdoor activities. Children usually carelessly after doing these things, therefore you have to give an example and constantly remind your child to keep their hands clean.

2. Teach how to wash hands properly
First teach your child to wet hands, then apply soap to hands. After that, rub telapan hands, backs of hands, and fingers for about 15 seconds. Do not let any part of the hand that was not washed. After that, just rinse your hands with clean water and dry hands with a towel.

By doing these things, then you and your children have been doing early prevention against diseases that may arise in your family. Therefore, teach hand washing habits to your children.
